The first attempt at curing a shoulder. I used wet cure 40reading on the Brinometer. Added juniper, pepper, garlic , bay, sugar, and #1 cure. Left in brine for 7 days then hung in cool room for a day. Smoked at 220F for 6 hours. I'd love to post a picture of the final results but this thread has no facilities for posting a picture or editing the post. If someone can tell me what I'm doing wrong then I'll post a picture. Perhaps since I'm using my iPad 2 May be the problem
