I need a finishing sauce for pp.

I did my pp last week and used Sweet Baby Rays sauce for sandwiches.

Want to try a finishing sauce this time.

What do ya have for me?

I haven't tried JJ's finishing sauce as some of my family turn their nose up at anything that has a vinegar twang.

BUT, I have used his foil sauce with the accompanying drippings to mix back into it once it's pulled and that has been very good!  Most are eating it without BBQ sauce.

Just did pulled pork for my son's wedding yesterday.  About half put some BBQ sauce on it the first time around.  But, seriously, I didn't see one person put BBQ sauce on it when they came back for seconds.  Many compliments.

I just use Caroline Red:

·   1 1/2 cups apple cider vinegar

·   1/2 cup ketchup

·   1 tablespoon (packed) brown sugar

·   1 teaspoon salt

·   1/2 teaspoon dried crushed red pepper

That sounds good and have everything for it.

Just mix all together?
