We're traveling about 7 hours to see some friends.  Should I just take this bad boy as is and warm / carve it Thursday, or go ahead and carve it now?

I used my jalapeno / cajun / butter mix and injected as well as rubbed the bird yesterday afternoon and threw it on the smoker when I got home from work today.  Did one like this a few weeks ago and it turned out excellent!

Carve it after reheating. I just finished a pratice smoke and reheat by reheating the whole bird. You may lose moisture by carving now and reheating slices.

I'm with Teez on this one. I like to reheat the whole bird and then carve. Put it in a pan on a rack and put some liquid in the pan then cover and reheat at around 225.
