Finally putting up pics of my first ribs

I started with spareribs. (2) 5 lb slabs at $2.10 a pound.

Trimmed them up.

Rubbed them done with some brown sugar, paprika, pepper, chili powder, onion powder, garlic powder, and black and red hot pepper spice.

After 3 hours of smoke. Then into foil for 2 hours.

Pulled out of foil and back in for 1/2 hour. They came out fantastic for the first try. Super juicy. Could not even get them out of smoker with out falling apart. The bones pulled out without even pulling. This was right after fathers day and I have since done about 45 more pounds.
