Hi all!

I live north of Omaha Nebraska in Blair. Yea the home of car dealer Woodhouse. I've had a Masterbuilt electric smoker for just over 2 years now and am getting REAL comfortable.  I did buy Jeff's rub & sauce recipe and WOW they were well worth it!!  Of course i have to admit that i have made some "adjustments".  I love chicken & country style ribs!!  I've finally got the guts to try a brisket soon.  I will be posting some Q view's soon!!

Welcome to the SMF Family...The MES' are pretty Great!...I am not missing fiddling with the Damper on my NB now that it's 30*F outside...The only thing cold near me is the BEER!...JJ

First off welcome to SMF. You'll really like this place for there are a bunch of really good folks here that would just love to help you with just about anything to do with smoking meat. Then if you have any questions you just post them here or yu can try in chat for a faster answer. If you are really new to all of this I would recommend that you look up and take the e-course. It is free and it will also give you the basics on smoking. So with all that said now go and get something to smoke.
