Yes they are St Louis cut.

I just ate the last of them at work tonight.....Now I have to wait til Saturday to try them again. Its going to be fun, knock on wood - NO RAIN IN THE FORCAST   ! So it should be a good couple days to do this contest. Temps at about 80 and right now it is feeling cool outside, I got my camp chair ready for an all nighter Friday into Saturday.

Dang I might need to buy an 8 gallon keg for this...

If not busy I would swing down to Albert lea this weekend to try out your BBQ but I have spares ready to cook saturday for the family. I'm going to cut them up St Louis style this time.

Found the info on the contest:  http://www.exploreminnesota.com/attraction/25767/albert-lea/the-big-island-bbq-competition   Not sure if I'll be able to make it, but sure would like to if I can!    Thanks for the qview!  I tried ribs once so far and was very disappointed with the way they came out...very tough, but this gives me motivation to give it another try.  Got some in the freezer just beggin for sum luv!
