Finally joined

Been a long time lurker here and figured it was time to join. Thought I had before but never posted. ;-) I started smoking about 3 years ago on a masterbuilt 40 and love it. The tips and recipes I have received from lurking on this site have made me look like I really know what I'm doing so a huge belated thank you to the members of this site.
