Finally decided to join

After lurking around I finally decided to join up. This has been one of my go to sites anytime I needed suggestions or tips on various things but I never really had anything to contribute until today so I signed up. I have been smoking for about 2 years now and I primarily use a masterbuilt electric smoker (I am sure I am going to hear about this). I am just a backyard BBQ'r/smoker and enjoy experimenting as much as possible.

My favorite is making sausage and since my wife doesn’t like many smoked meats my coworkers get most of the benefits of my hobby. That’s about everything exciting about me hopefully I am able to contribute here and help as much as everyone has unknowingly helped me.

Nothing wrong with an Masterbuilt Electric Smokehouse. I've been using my newest MES for 5 years & still love it.
