Finally created an account

Hello SMF.  Name is Josh and live in Kansas. I have been coming to this site every time I had a question about smoking and finally decided to make an account.

Just purchased an Oklahoma Joe's Longhorn triple smoker/grill.  So new I have not even seasoned it yet.  I am sure there will be some modifications that I need to make as I try it out.

I also have an electric Masterbuilt vertical smoker that I have us for a few years. My plan is to move away from the electric and use the Longhorn smoker once I get the hang of it.

I am sure I will be asking more questions as I start using my new smoker.  Thanks in advance for your knowledge.
