Almost Everything I've cooked in last month has been for other people. 200 lbs of brisket for a graduation , 40 lbs of Pollo Asado and 40 lbs of butts for a birthday party. Now I get to enjoy a meal. Got home from store at 6pm, ate dinner at 9pm, smoked with cherry at 350 for 75 minutes, wrapped for 60 minutes, glazed for final 15 minutes

Great looking ribs.   I love high heat ribs.   Only way I do them anymore.

They were so good, doing them again tonight. Pics coming soon
