Hello all,
I am not quite a noob and not quite a master. I had a job as a cook in high school at a small bbq joint in Paris, Il and became hooked on smoke. I helped with prepping ribs, butts, hams, etc. for the smoker, and finishing them out when they came off. I drive a truck now and dont have too much free time, but when i do, you can find me infront of my char-griller with a cold brew and a smile. i also like to toy around with baking, and have come up with some really good recipies. i am open to suggestions and am more than willing to share my knowledge
