Hello all,

I am not quite a noob and not quite a master. I had a job as a cook in high school at a small bbq joint in Paris, Il and became hooked on smoke. I helped with prepping ribs, butts, hams, etc. for the smoker, and finishing them out when they came off. I drive a truck now and dont have too much free time, but when i do, you can find me infront of my char-griller with a cold brew and a smile. i also like to toy around with baking, and have come up with some really good recipies. i am open to suggestions and am more than willing to share my knowledge

Welcome to SMF 365! You back in the States now? Look forward to your experience here. Baking is one thing that really seems to escape me. Actually I lie... I have never captured any of it for it TO escape LOL!
 
Welcome to the site. With the great advice I've gotten here I turned out some great beef ribs and a meatloaf last night. The family loved both!!! And you did say Paris, IL correct? not Paris France?

Never left the states, well, i go to London, ON, Canada quite a bit for work, Im from Paris Illinois. Thanks for the welcome
