The wife wanted a good steak for moms day so she got it! Prime filets ,from my local butcher. No smoke just a good hot fire on my aussie pit. Picked up the filets on sat .wrapped w/ bacon dusted w/ my rub and into the fridge. Thawed 2 redfish filets and seasoned well w/ cajun dust. Here's a pic right b4 they hit the heat. shelled 2 lbs of 25 ct. shrimp and made the sauce for bbq shrimp. Put the shrimp in a baking pan and coat w/ the sauce. Place them on a hot grill till the shrimp are done. Wife was ready to eat once surf an turf was done so no finihed pics.
