Hi all, I'm new to the idea of smoking food (though one of my most vivid flavor memories from my childhood is of a friend's father's smoked chicken thighs). Central CT isn't exactly known for it's... Well anything other than arogance. But um here to learn as much as I can. I'll be using a small brinkmann electric smoker, assuming the weather ever cooperates.
