smoked a couple of bluberry pancake fatties sun . and sliced a few slices for supper. Browned the fattie slices in butter ,made some white gravy, baked some mary bs biscuts and fried a few sunny side up eggs.

one of the best dang plates of food i've had in a while.

hmmmm no pics?? didn't happen

hey warren.

I didn't take any pics as i figured ev1 has seen a fattie.

 Real easy to make,

I use 1 lb chub sausage season w/ your favorite sweet rub and flatten in a 1 gallon zip lock . cut away the ziplock and flip flattened sausage onto saran wrap.  i use frozen pancakes from wally world.

cut thawed pancakes in half and place enough slices to cover the sausage . Brush the pancakes with some cane syrup or molasses.

Roll the sausage up using the saran wrap and after its rolled grab both ends and spin the roll to tighten up . At this time it helps to put the fattie back in the fridge to chill and firm up . Remove the plastic wrap and   wrap w/ bacon and then brush bacon w/ molasses or cane syrup and dust w/ the rub.

i smoked mine w/ apple and took them to 165.

slice in 1/2 " slices and brown in butter or margerine b4 serving.

eman that sounds pretty tasty and I think I will have to try it myself.

Just a thought here, maybe you oughta edit your post LOL most everyone knows the general fatty rules but there is always that one person. In your description it sounds like you roll the fatty in wrap to make it tight and then put the bacon wrap around it. I know the plastic comes off but that would be a real bummer for that one person that leaves it on.  :)

Post edited ,Thanks tom.

Now you have a good meal there Bob. We do breakfast all the time for dinner in this household. I know how good it looks in my head too.
