Fattie meat mix

    I have looked around but have not found the answer......the meat mix I see is usually all sausage or beef. Anyone do a 50-50 mix with beef and Italian sausage? If so, how did it turn out and what did you stuff it with?

    I haven't used the Italian sausage but i do mix usually maple sausage and beef and that always turns out great   but depending how yours turns out i may be trying something different this weekend

    I use hot Italian sausage filled with mozzarella cheese, onions, green peppers,mushrooms and pepperoni just like a pizza!

    do you cook or saute them first or put in raw and smoke that way 
  6. Put in raw, bacon weave around and smoked.
