Greetings from the Sunshine State!  We are a father/son amateur level smoking team.  I used to use an old charcoal grill until last year when we bought a CharBroil offset smoker.  We have done ribs, pork chops, beef brisket, chicken wings and legs.  I love experimenting with new rubs, marinades and wood flavors.
