here we go

this is what I did today

I took a pork loin

rub him

on the smoker

finished smoking

I've smoked with beech wood

I cut the roast
cut in + / - 12 mm = 1 / 2 inch

Other ingredients
cooked ham, young cheese and ground mozzarella

then I ranked a cut loin a cut cooked ham and one slice cheese etcetera

then made mozzarella cheese sauce

The cheese sauce poured over the dish, plus a little extra on top

back to the smoker

ready to come off

yummy yummy yummy

it was suuuuuuuper, the smoky flavor in the cheese sauce
all family members was very satisfied,it is definitely on the menu again
it is also a bit of a festive dish

thanks Fire it up

I like to experiment,it goes not always well but that is risk which you take
I still want to try many things

you must try it once

I completely agree because if you don't try it you never know.

Did a fattie for a throwdown once with maple sausage, inside was brown sugar sauteed banana with peanut butter and honey, wrapped up then crusted with pecans.
Seemed like a good idea but...not so much...

little milk in a pot heating, while 2 tsp corn starch dissolved in a glass of milk, and add to the pot

continue stirring,The milk will thicken
add milk until desired thickness

and add ground mozzarella to own taste
pepper, salt and nutmeg
