Hello from north central Illinois. I am a relative novice at smoking. I've been grilling for 45 years, owned smokers off and on, but am now switching to full-time smoking for the family. My wife got me a Traeger Grill/Smoker for my birthday several weeks ago and I have been digging in for about 10 days now. I love a good dry rub on my ribs and am looking for either that perfect recipe or prepackaged rub. I also will need some assistance in perfecting my times and temperatures. I know this will be a great place to get some excellent advice and recipes! Thanks for letting me join the group!
