Excited to be part of the smoking world (the good kind)

  1. What an awesome forum!  I live in Lehi, Utah and I recently bought a Vision Grill which is similar to a Big Green Egg from what I hear.  I have done some pulled pork already that was amazing but I am very eager to learn from all the people who have been doing this for a lot longer than I have.   I'm sure I'll pick up on some secrets to make smoked meat even better.  Thanks in advance to all you guys for your wisdom and experience.

  3. Glad you joined the group. The search bar at the top of any page is your best friend.
    About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
    and the list goes on has probably been posted. Remember to post a QVIEW of your smokes.
    We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
    Post it and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is
    because their are so many different ways to make great Q...
