Here is my exchange with zjaybird, 4 pounds of Tender Quick, looking forward to making some sausage and jerky.

That was all I asked for, but Jay threw in some extra goodies, Arizona Gunslinger Japapeno Pepper Sauce, tried it on some left over wings, most excellent!

Also two Weber marinade mixes, Mesquite and Chipolte.

This exchange program is really cool, thank you Jay, I really appreciate it.

  2. Nice exchange cant wait to see the jerky and sausage

Glad you finally got the goodies. I know you will find a good use for the Tender quick. Glad you liked the hot sauce, I have looked high and low for a few years to find one that didn't taste like flavored vinegar. Hey, how about for the next exchange you send me some warm temps and I will send you snow?

Isn't this exchange thing cool I think so. If you don't think so try it, It will change your mind. I did it and got some really cool stuff (from Jay The Dude) and it really was like chirstmas for an old guy. I really got excited to open up my package and really cann't wait to do it again. Now your package is going to turn into some really good eats and bring you many joys. I remember when pineywoods (jerry) gave me mine and I still use it alot of times.

Thanks for the nod, ALX, but I have to defer to Fire It Up, who kick started the flagging exchange with some good stuff. It's took on a life of it's own since he stoked the fire!
