Exchange with Kurtsara

Recently I did an exchange with Kurtsara. He was offering up a grinder and a rib rack. I didn't need the rib rack but contacted him about the grinder since I have never owned one and have been thinking about getting one.

This heavy duty beauty showed up today...




Now I have to decide what I want to make with it first, and I'm sure I'll be visiting the sausage section much more often

Now I just need to get some sort of decent little stuffer.
I have a feeling my right arm and shoulder are going to get huge with all the cranking I'm going to be doing...no dirty jokes needed

Man great exchange...I would of thought you for a grinder guy already...welcome to the best suasage around..no store product will be good anymore. I'm sure you are familiar with places to go for your things...Butcher-packer and sausagemaker are by far the most used. Actually in that order for me.

That is why we have an electric grinder, although we grind allot more than we thought we would, after tasting fresh homemade sausage.
