The Scotch Bonnet Sauce looks too good to eat, (Also Too Hot, LOL)

Glad you got the package Paul.
The peppers are from the garden this year, got a nice kick to them even for cayennes. The apple butter BBQ sauce I thought was good with a light pepper bite towards the end but then I actually cooked with it and it has an even better sweetness and bite to it after that. The fried garlic, I usually add that to a dish towards the end for flavor, also put it inside a fattie with some mozzarella and Italian seasonings and it turned out great!
Hope you enjoy everything.

I tried the Blueberry Butter today on some homemade biscuits and it was great...

Wow, that would be fun to try, I would have never thought somebody would make butter out of tomatoes. Once again congrats on another great exchange!
