    Simon Here from the Uk, Came across the site while doing a search for smokers

    Just ordered my first offset smoker an azuma barrel smoker..pretty low on the scale to you guys i guess but its a good starting point to get the other half used to the idea of a smoker in the garden[​IMG]  before going large

    Ive been curing bacon, hams and salt beef (corned beef to you?) and dabbling with sous vide cooking over the last 3 years so it seems natural to move on to smoking my meats instead of using smoke powder as i do now

    just have to wait 2 whole days now before the baby arrives[​IMG]

  4. Glad you joined the group. The search bar at the top of any page is your best friend.
    About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
    and the list goes on has probably been posted. Remember to post a QVIEW of your smokes.
    We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
    Post it and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is
    because their are so many different ways to make great Q...
