Hey all! New member here from Atlanta, GA! I have recently purchased a Vision Pro smoker to jump into the world of smoking meats! So far I have done two racks of ribs and a boston butt. All of them turned out fantastic according to the family. I am still learning how to control the temps in it as it varies greatly but the last smoke for the butt was steady at 230 with a variation of 20-30 degrees each way. I had to monitor it for the full 12 hours. Still learning so I hope y'all don't mind a lot of questions! THANKS!
