In January we were making sausage every week end and my stuffer broke down. The small cog that attaches to the handle snapped off. My daughters boyfriends were cranking and asking is it really this hard? I was giving them funny looks and told them I do this by myself all the time. There was a burr in the arch that the large threaded rod was catching on. It took about a month to finally get a new cog from Choprite. I had to keep following up and asking it it was sent yet. I removed the burr and put it all back together today. I bought a new stuffer from Gander so now I have 2. This Enterprise was my Grandpa's stuffer and I will never get rid of it so it will be going on display by our bar room in the basement.

Feels good!!

Beautiful ol stuffer.

I have my grandpa's old enterprise stuffer. Lots of good memories.

That is really cool... They don't make em like that anymore ! Plus since it was your Grandpas it's even more cool ! Thumbs Up

Actually they do still make them at Choprite 2. But you are right about it being my Grandpa's. I'll have to sneak it in the will somewhere........lol
