Hi all, Im not new to grilling but new to the forum. I live in Omaha nebraska and Im on my grill 3-4 times a week. I spend a lot of time doing "practice" cooks. Grabbing good pieces of meat from stores when I see them and throwing them on. I have a weber kettle, I inherited a smokey mountain and Ive used the eggs, maybe its because of my upbringing, I grew up with a weber kettle and a smoker very similar to the weber smokey mountain (not sure if they made this back in the 80's and 90's) but my go to no matter what Im cooking is the kettle.
