Ok, so I've seen a couple of you talking about stuffing a fatty with eggs, and I think I might try to make a breakfast fatty next time I fire up the smoker, but I'm wondering how you do the eggs?

I assume you'd have to cook them first? 'Cause I keep trying to imagine rolling a raw egg up in the fatty and having it run every where.

Thanks again! You guys (and gals) are the best.

thanks for the quick responses! I just wasn't sure if I was missing something and you were supposed to do it raw.

The original Scotch Eggs fatty mentioned on this site some time ago used hard boiled egges. Snip a flat on each en of the egg so the line up better. From memory, I think he used 3 eggs.
