eggs in a fatty

Ok, so I've seen a couple of you talking about stuffing a fatty with eggs, and I think I might try to make a breakfast fatty next time I fire up the smoker, but I'm wondering how you do the eggs?

I assume you'd have to cook them first? 'Cause I keep trying to imagine rolling a raw egg up in the fatty and having it run every where.

The original Scotch Eggs fatty mentioned on this site some time ago used hard boiled egges. Snip a flat on each en of the egg so the line up better. From memory, I think he used 3 eggs.

i have been putting eggs inside fatties for quite a while now but never thought to smoke one until i joined this place i usually scramble some eggs or crepe them and add my other ingredients....dang now i'm getting hungry gonna have to make some this weekend

I hard boil mine....best fatty ever.

Forgot to add that I also wrap the eggs with sauted red peppers, and add some fresh garlic.
