Having a few friends over for the eclipse, so I decided to fire up the Char Griller Smoking Champ and smoke a Blade in Butt for PP the day before (today). It's been on for about 8 hours and now the dreaded stall at 162 IT... I plan on pulling it apart tonight and then reheat it tomorrow in an electric slow roaster pan and pour the drippings/finishing sauce into it then. Should I use the roaster or a crock pot or oven or??? Y'all get what I'm saying. Thanks for any and all suggestions as usual.
