  1. Ingredients.

    500g strong flour,

    2 teaspoons sugar,

    1 teaspoon salt,

    2x7g dried yeast,

    2 tablespoons olive oil,

    300 ml tepid water,


    combine all and kneed for 5 minutes, cover and let it rise (20 mins should do) kneed again and shape into an oval, cover and let rise again before putting in oven for 35 minutes, I put a tray of boiling water in oven too while cooking.
