Easter weekend smoke with Q view!

  1. My easter weekend smoke. 10lb pork butt, spare ribs, and a whole chicken.
    Brined the chicken and rubbed all the meats with my home recipe dry rub.
    First time in a while doing a pork butt and a whole chicken.
    We are eating the ribs for supper tonight and the rest is traveling for the family easter.
    I will update with more photos later.

    ribs are now foiled and everything looks good.

  5. Ribs were probably my second best ever. Chicken was tasty (cut it up to store for the weekend) and the butt still has another four and a half hours. ABTs were amazing, but got hotter with each bite. Overall, a great day for smoking.
     
  6. After ten and a half hours she is looking beautiful and comfortably at 178 degrees.

  8. Easily a 5/8 inch smoke ring. Finished pulling it after rest. It is super tasty and probably my best pork butt yet.
