Well I decided to try smoking the ham. Also made some ABT's. Pictures are lacking a bit as I had to use cell phone, Preped the abt's at home and then did ham at son's house. I was a little nervous as I have a propane smoker and his is a stick one.
here are the abt prep, Japs filled with cream cheese red and yello pepper, and crab meat. All wraping in bacon. I am going to cut down on the bacon wraping as I am not tasting the filling as much as I would like

After 2 1/2 hr mopped with bbq sauce and honey (Straight from the newletter)
I was worried it may be dry but wow it was so tender and moist it just pulled off the bone. Lots of leaft overs.
Going to use the bone and make 15 bean soup in crock pot tomorrow
