Just having 6 for dinner, but wanted a good spread anyway.  Decided on ham, chicken, green beans, mac and cheese, potato salad and a couple of others.  The double smoked ham was slathered with yellow mustard and rubbed with Jeff's rub.  The chickens were spatched and slathered under the skin and on top with soft butter and Jeff's rub mixed in, then a little Weber Kickin' Chicken sprinkled on top.  Smoked with Oak for cooking heat and Apple chunks for flavor.  Smoked at 275-300* with the ham on the cool side and the chicken on the hot side.  The birds were don in a little over 2 hours and the ham was done in 4 hours.  I glazed the ham at the end with a mix of 1/2 cup Honey, 1/2 cup Jeff's sauce and 1/2 cup Apple juice.  I't was all a hit and everyone enjoyed the meal and the day.

Thanks for looking.

Meat on the smoker.  Ham at 2 hours and birds at 1 hour.

Ham with glaze, ready for slicing.

Chicken rested and ready to be dismembered.

Plated and ready for the table.

Any time I can have some of the kids and a good smoke, my life is good.

Wow.  That looks good, Joe.  Wondering just how much you cook if you've got lots coming.

Actually, we had a family funeral for Cindy's uncle and we took one chicken, some ham and some sides to her Aunts house after dinner. But, I really like to cook more than we need when i fire up the smoker. I don't like to see all that fire go to waste.

Thank you for the point, Joe
