Hey y'all, I'm from Quitman, TX and love to eat or grill pretty much anything! I love attending and being a part of cook off competitions. My favorite piece of meat to cook is of course a nice beef brisket. Next competition is in my hometown of Quitman in May; join, come watch, or do whatever you'd like!
