Its 2am do you know where your smoker is? I didn't get a prep pic of the 10.5 lb butt; sorry it was 2am and I needed to get started! I'll get some pics up a little later. Planing on using this thread as a log for today. Here's the plan: 0200: Start up the smoker and get up to temp. 0245: 10.5lb butt goes in 0400: Breakfast fattie goes in 0800: Breakfast! 0830: Rib roast goes in, chicken fattie goes in 0900: Schrooms, ABTs go in 1100: Country Ribs, Brisket flat goes in 1145: Lunch! Rib roast, fattie, abt's, schrooms 0200: Taco and jalepino fatties go in, more ABT's and schrooms on, Turkey in the oven. 0600: Dinner!
