Early dads day baby backs Q/view

picked these up at sams at 2.87$ lb and they were cut up like you see i didnt do that, they were packaged differently from the normal way, weird because one pack had the membrane already removed and the other didnt, anyway smoked at 225 about 5 hours no foil with apple wood sprayed with apple juice every hour.

Yea those are some fine looking baby backs there. Now I do buy alot of ribs from Sam's but I can't say that i have found one with the membrane removed and one that's not.

I only buy the spare ribs as they are cheaper LOL

never have found with out membrane always had to fight the membrane to get it off...Huuuu

Good looking smoke i was going to do them maybe tomorrow now i will do a rack tomorrow tks for making up my mind ooo where did i leave it.
