Eager to learn

  1. Hello SMF,

My name is Ryan and I am a 24 yr old who lives outside of Madison, Wisconsin.  I have a bachelors degree in chemistry but don't use it at my current job.  I have always had a passion for cooking and do so regularly but I have never been the best griller and have never even attempted smoking.  I currently don't have a smoker or any equipment but that will be changing as soon as I can figure out what exactly it is I need to do what I want (which also means I have to figure out exactly what it is I want to do hehe).  I can't wait to dive in and learn from all the active members on this forum!
