Duck and goose

Hubby is an avid waterfowl hunter so I usually have duck and goose breasts. I make jerky using the Hi Country Jerky Seasoning for waterfowl and game birds. I also soak in salt water, drain and marinate, wrap in bacon and grill lightly. There was a great dutch oven recipe posted within the last day or two.
