Dual Boston Butts

    Seasoning mix and 2 hours in. Using a brown sugar base for the rub. Apple and cherry chips mixed for the smoke. Spritzing with Apple cider vinegar every so often. Put them on at 6 PM and shooting to be done sometime by lunch on Memorial Day.

    13.5 hour mark. Small one is at 197. Bigger one is running about 10 degrees less.
