I got mold on some sausage after few days of drying.
Should I trash it?
White Mold Good...Black or Green Mold, BAD. No issues there, the white mold adds flavor and protects from harmful mold and bacteria causing spoilage...JJ

Sorry Chef Jimmy. Was meant as a prank. First time I got good mold growing on my meats. Tried a few times and didn't work. Had to come here and share.
The sausage is cacciatore.
I was looking at the picture and thinking that I should offer to dispose of it for you!
