White Mold Good...Black or Green Mold, BAD. No issues there, the white mold adds flavor and protects from harmful mold and bacteria causing spoilage...JJ

Sorry Chef Jimmy. Was meant as a prank. First time I got good mold growing on my meats. Tried a few times and didn't work. Had to come here and share.
