Double smoked sausage q view

I'm sure many of you have double smoked sausage but it is soooo good.  This is spicy andouille sausage....a must eat, not that spicy though.

Gotta do some kraut and  roasted garlic mashed potatoes with smoked sausage.

Thanks Red...a couple of months ago i threw on some Eckrich smoked sausage and it was the best tasting eckrich i've ever had....that's why i'd thought i'd try some quality sausage, glad i did.    I don't know if you have Fisher Meats out there but it's good stuff. 

How is Oklahoma City area doing?    You all had a rough couple of weeks.
