Short and sweet....... Really I know, you're shocked and just not believing it. 10lb. fully cooked and smoked ham. They are on sale for .99/lb. Washed , set in water, rinsed, repeat, repeat. I scored the outside after removing the skin. Preheat smoker to 275, loaded and lit the adjustable oval pellet tube w/ hickory and apple. Slowly raised the IT to 135 degrees, while smoking. </raised hand waving vigiously> I made bread! Whole Wheat Rolls AND a load of Honey Whole Wheat loaf Bread. Some good ol'Louisiana Sweet Taters The ham.........Dum dum dummmmmm! Which dissapppear unusually quickly since no one was hungry!! And a little Bear view......... Excellent meal, and as usually the storm is blowing thru..... Thanks to Mr. Bear for showing me the way.
