Double smoked ham a la Bearcarver

  1. I didn't have time this year to brine my own ham but I wanted to smoke one...so I bought one from the grocery store. I was short in time today I had to put it in the smoker at 275 for about 3hrs and finished it off in the oven till it reached 150.

    Glaze was

    1/3 c ginger ale

    1/3 c maple syrup

    1/3 c Sweet Baby Ray

    1/3 c brown sugar

    1/3 c crushed pineapple

    resting now, can't wait to dig in!
