Hi All! I put a 7 lb. Pork Butt on the smoker this morning for pulled pork. Lathered it up with French's mustard and covered it in Jeff's Rub last nite. Sorry, no pictures.. Threw on a couple of venison fatty's with cheese and whipped up some ABT's with fresh Jalepenos out of the garden. Got it all on the smoker right now and I am thinking the fatty's should just about be done...Been spraying the butt every half hour with apple juice and a small amount of brown sugar. I have got a couple of pics for ya...the ABT's before they were put in smoker, the thin blue smoke filling the air in my neighborhood, and the goodies going low and slow on the smoker. I will post pictures of the pulled pork and fatty's when they are finished. Man, my wife likes my new cologne today...hehehe!! Enjoy!
