Doing a MES & NBBD Comparison

  1. Yesterday was to windy for me to really try the NBBD out for the first time so I am doing it today. So I have 2 chickens, come onion & garlic in the MES and Then 2 Chickens on the NBBD. I have done the NBBD chix the how i normally do with the MES so i can compare and learn. I took pics of pics of the stuff that went in the MES but forgot to take pics before i put in the NBBD.     well It didn't go so hot. I had some issues maintaining the temp.


     I must have hit the wrong section on chicken with the probe said that was done. since it took for ever to get the NBBD to temp and then to say the chicken reached the correct temp we of course enjoyed the stuff from the MES. So we went to cut in to the chicken from the NBBD today and it wasn't cooked all the way through. oh well. I will have to try again. That is why i am doing chicken there first. cheap and once i get it figured out then i can start doing other things. SO I will researching and asking alot of questions in the next few weeks so i can try again. really bummed that i for got to take pics of what did turn out.           Oh well just have keep at it. This is of course why i wanted the NBBD so i will have a challenge and have to work for it.  [​IMG]
