Hello
I'm from Louisiana. Live here and gulf shores Alabama, about 2 weeks every month at both locations. I use an electric smoker, recently purchased a kamado Joe Plan to get another electric smoker for condo. Not allowed to use propane or fire on balcony. Looking forward to gaining more info from this group and hopefully using my smokers more often.
