A little different from the usual pork themes.

Did these hotdogs awhile back but wanted to share anyway.

Nathan's hotdogs, cheese and jalapeno's.

Slice the dogs down the middle being careful not to cut all the way thru. Stuff with cheese and jalapeno's. Using string tie in several sections to keep dogs from falling apart. Smoke at a high temp until the look done.

Very tasty and spicey..... you'll remember them the next morning.

We can get them around here already made up, they're called fiesta dogs. I think the fresh japs would definitely be better though. Looks good!

Hello,

I'm new to this forum, but seeing stuff like hot-dogs with jalapeños and cheese in them gives me a good feeling about this place. I happen to like hot dogs, but I try not to eat them too much. I usually prefer a nice cut of beef, or some ribs.

Good to be hear, I like the idea.

Knowing Flattop, I'm surprised he used "only" Jalepaneos. I would have expected Habeneros.

Looks really yummy. As soon as I get some room in my fridge from the last weekend, I'll try some of those bad boys. Maybe using bratwursts HMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMmm

Sounds a good dish to try at the florida smoke out!!!

Good idea... what can be added to make it better?
