Just loaded my first fatty on the smoker, Onion peppers and chedder.
Done! Slight blow out on the cheddar.
Sometime try a naked fatty.. just unwrap the chub and toss on the pit - tasty and versatile!
What temp did you smoke this? Did you do something to get the bacon so crispy? Looks fantastic... congrats.
I smoked to an internal temp on the fatty of 165. Took about 5 hours.
