Direct or Indirect

  1. I'm making bacon-wrapped 1/4 lb hot dogs along with a pan of smoked beans. How do you recommend I grill the wrapped dogs....direct or indirect heat?

    I'd go with direct, depending on how hot it is. If it's torching the bacon or you're getting flare ups then obviously indirect is the way to go. I just think direct heat would get you crispier bacon if it's possible.
