Hello all. I was referred to this site by a friend and decided to check it out. I found it interesting that alot of you have the typical backyard smokers, as I do (Char-Broil Silver [2]).

I'm just a regular guy who doesn't compete, but enjoy cooking for family and friends. I've been at it for about five years now and have turned out some mighty fine Que if I may say so myself. I've made some mistakes along the way too btw.

I'm 48, married for 28 years, have three kids (1=married, 1=college and 1=high school), I live in Howell, Michigan, I like old school Pro Street cars, model railroading and gardening.
