I am really good a cooking pork back ribs and that's the ribs I normally cook.  But the other day I saw Beef back ribs on sale at the store almost bought them but didn't since my wife loves my pork ribs and they were on sale as well so got them instead.  I still got time to get the beef one but don't know how long they take to cook and what temp to get them to so i dont dry them out.  I have heard they dry out easy any advice.

Beef ribs are a fam fav ! Just harder to find than pork ribs, but when we find the good & meaty ones we stock up !
